INVENTORY DEPARTMENT

An updated inventory is a basic tool to optimize management and control in both functional and operational aspects of the hospital centers (in relation to maintenance, incidents, renewals, …) as well as in economic area.

GEE puts at the disposal of our customers our Inventory Department, offering their wide experience in the optimum administration of states of any filed

(equipment, facilities, …) and in any local, national or international level.

We have the ability to adapt ourselves to our clientes depending on their needs and resorcers, including initial achievements of inventory, updates and revisions, as well as ongoing operational support.

Objectives to achieve

The main objective of GEE is our customers’ satisfaction so, once carried out the inventory, customers themselves could manage their assets:

Complying with legislation that requires corporations to keep their inventory assets updated.
Saving in the acquisition of new elements thanks to the knowledge of the underutilized or unused items.
Saving in the negotiation of maintenance contracts.
Improving asset management by controlling the proper allocation of available resources.
Knowing the allocation of equipment in full knowledge of their assets

Asset management

Once the first inventory is made with all items tagged, we stay in charge of keeping it permanently updated

Managing the acquisitions, retirements and transfers of all the items in the inventory and maintaining the inventory database.
Labeling the new elements into the customer’s heritage.
By carrying out regular physical checks of all the asset, detecting the differences between the physical inventory and the accounting officer.
Issuing timely reports of variations, updated inventory and certification of updates.
