We have a commitment with the use of Information and Comunication Technologies (ICT) in the health sector, as individual solutions and as a complement to our projects. From here, we continue supporting the technologial innovation and provide technical support to the centers in the fuled of software and computer equipment.

From this department, GEE has developed its own Equipment and Facilities Maintenance Management Software: MantHosp. Thanks to 35 years of experience in electromedical and health sector, we were able to provide the system with all the needed functionalities to manage the whole useful lifes

of the hospitals’ equipments and facilities, adapting the system to diffent enviroments and users.

It allows to optimize and control all maintenance processes (preventive, corrective, periodic, …) within hospitals, minimizing response times and facilitating the integration of maintenance processes within other areas. All the activities, documentation and inventory from the whole health center can be managed through MantHosp as well as being used as a information control and decision-making center.

The projects technical office appears with the aim of help, support, define and coordinate all ICT actions aimed at the achievement of the plan of an organization. In this sense it is essential: To ensure development in time and form of all ICT projects To coordinate the actions of all the teams and projects To ensure the reliability of the information To detect new needs as an improvement for business continuity To anticipate the risks and propose measures to minimize their impact on the projects	Information systems should be integrated in a reliable manner within the ecosystem of applications available to the center or the organization. The integration of any new system that is incorporated into the map of systems of the organization is a fundamental point for the collaborative operation of these. We colaborate with our clients in the definition and implementation of those integrations, not limited only to information systems, but also to the interconnection of equipment with the available platforms in the hospital.	Within the healthcare environment, there are a large number of computer equipment, related to, or not directly, with the medical equipment. In both cases, GEE can apply its extensive knowledge of the sector and the new technologies to provide a service of support and maintenance of such equipment, taking advantage of synergies with the maintenance of electromedical equipment and facilities. From our Technology Center a reference center for innovation and optimization in this type of service is provided, as well as for the rest of our activities.

Related to the projects technical office, GEE can provide advisory and consulting services in the field of ICTS, collaborating with centers in the definition, implementation and optimization of IT projects that will lead to an improvement in the organization.	With a wide experience in software development, we have our own software factory for the development of applications within any organization. Our knowledge of the sector allows us to offer ad-hoc solutions that adapt easily and fully to the needs of the centers. From the analysis of training needs and up to the end users, we cover the entire life cycle in the development and implementation of information systems.	In the health field, there is an increasing demand for a greater capacity for analysis of information. analysis of economic cost, health, … at different levels, analysis of yields of the resources, statistics, etc. we help the management of the organizations by providing a system of indicators, adapted to the specific needs, to facilitate decision-making and control and presented in a clear, simple and attractive way.

SOFTWARE FOR GLOBAL MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT

MantHosp is a software created for medical equipment and facilities maintenance management. It is the leader system in installations in healthcare field. Over 35 years of experience in this sector made us being able to provide the system with necessary functionalities and versatility to control the full life-cycle of equipments and facilities within the hospitals, adapting the system to different enviroment and users.

MantHosp can fully configured and adapted to the hospitals-specific operating models. It can be interconected with the other hospitals’ systems.

This system allows users to optimize and control all maintenance processes (predictives, correctives, periodics, …) in the hospitals, minimizing response times and facilitation the integration of maintenance processes within other areas.
